Clara <br />Kilinski has a combination grant and <br />. Ellison: Does Mrs. Kilinski live <br />herself? <br />. Baumgartner: Yes she does. <br />Ellison: Have you found any <br />uctance on the part of the elderly <br />ple to put another debt on their <br />t especially since a loan tends to <br />on a 20 year basis and she is <br />years of age? <br />Mrs. Baumgartner: No as a matter of fact, <br />most people would rather put a debt on their <br />property than to go through a mortgage company. <br />Mr. Cira made a motion to approve a 312 <br />loan to Edward & Marilyn Leady of 519 <br />E Dubail Street, in the amount of $18,050.00, <br />to Theodessa G. Earles of 812 Almond Ct., <br />in the amount of $8,750.00, to Clara Kilinski <br />of 438 S. Harris in the amount of $6,000.00, <br />to Bertha Kluszynski of 2120 S. William <br />Street in the amount of $8,050.00, to <br />Harriet Thomas of 522 S. Meade in the amount <br />of $10,100.00, and to William & Annie <br />Catherine Howell in the amount of $14,800.00, <br />s conded by Ms. Auburn, and the motion was <br />animously carried. <br />Mr. Donaldson made a motion to table the <br />31.2 loan application of Oscar & Kathryn <br />Brookins of 701 W.
