. <br /> ORDINANCE NO. g 5-0 9— ie'S‘ <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $243,300 <br /> WITHIN VARIOUS ACCOUNTS OF THE WASTEWATER <br /> FUND FOR VARIOUS IMPROVEMENTS <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br /> In order to meet existing and proposed demands, street widening projects, and to <br /> provide an efficient storm-sanitary sewer system, certain improvements are needed within <br /> the City of South Bend, Indiana. This improvement project is Project # 9002 - Ironwood <br /> Drive widening, Brookmede to Ireland Road and includes the actual construction of these <br /> sewers. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section I. The following sum of money is hereby appropriated and ordered set apart <br /> from the Wastewater Fund for the project in the amount set forth below: <br /> PROJECT NO. LOCATION AMOUNT <br /> 9002 Ironwood Drive Widening $243,300.00 <br /> Section II.
