Mr. Kernan will be working <br />the Ethanol Project until its com- <br />ion, and in a few years perhaps we <br />working on another project similar <br />his. The Redevelopment Executive <br />ctor is becoming sort of a person <br />has jurisdiction over more than just <br />own staff but in fact, sort of <br />dinates a wide range of <br />vities that other people are doing. <br />briefly, we talked about the <br />Fellows Building, the fact that <br />ave reopened the discussions with <br />other developers, we are making <br />ress and I am optimistic that <br />an have it rehabilitated. We are also <br />ressing on the Century Mall project, <br />abatement, the issue of tax incremental <br />cing and the ethanol project. - <br />Ellison is. currently writing a <br />application as part of our commitment <br />certain activities.
