R -66 project 4 -31, AND 4 -32 (FIRST are (First Bank Center) seconded by BANK PROJECT) Mr. Cira, and the motion was un imously carried. Mr. Butler: We are asking you to approve Assignment of Rights & Agreement among Rahn Properties II, and other parties. This includes the Joint Development Agreement which provides for the basic development of the First Bank Project; the Agreement for the Conveyance of Public Improvements, the conveyance by the Civil City to Rahn Properties of a portion of the public improvements; and the Operation, Maintenance, and Easement Agreement which is an agreement between FBT and Rahn Properties. Rahn has to assign its rights under these documents to the trustee on behalf of the bond holders and we are asked as a party to some COMMISSION APPROVAL of these agreements to consent to that GRANTED FOR ANCILLARY assignment.
