Mr. toosbrock continues,.. <br />The objective here is to refine the <br />project as a whole before separating it <br />into various parts. There will be separate <br />owners later on. We will get into code <br />anal sis. We plan to discuss these problems <br />and leet with the City Building Department <br />officials, State Fire Marshall, and those <br />who have jurisdiction over matters like <br />that so they are involved in the project. <br />We will establish the structural systems <br />and mechanical and electrical systems. In <br />addition, we will establish the basic <br />price of the project and develop all of <br />those things to a level so that as an <br />enti e project it is rather well <br />esta lished. At that time we will have <br />CORP eted this phase of our work "and can <br />sepa ate it into individual elements. <br />Mr. imtz: Thank you Mr. Loosbrock. <br />Because of the time exigencies here <br />we didn't receive this contract until <br />the th of July.
