r A <br /> STAFF REPORT April 11, 1994 <br /> John Carroll Club of South Bend, Inc. 1592-94 <br /> Location: northwest corner of Windfall <br /> Drive and Summit Drive <br /> City of South Bend <br /> REQUESTED ACTION: The petitioner is requesting a zone change <br /> from "C" Commercial, "A" Height and Area to <br /> "A" Residential, "A" Height and Area to allow <br /> the development of single-family homes. <br /> EXISTING LAND USE: The property is currently vacant. <br /> SURROUNDING LAND USE AND ZONING: Located to the north is a private club zoned <br /> "C" Commercial; and to the east, south, and <br /> west is vacant property and single family <br /> homes zoned "A" Residential. <br /> ACCESS: Access to the site is from Summit Drive and <br /> Windfall Drive. <br /> WATER SOURCE/SEWAGE DISPOSAL: Water and sewer are available to the site. <br /> DRAINAGE: <br /> SITE DATA: The total site to be rezoned is approximately <br /> .6 acres. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL DATA: A check of the Agency's maps indicates that no <br /> public wells, wetlands, flood or environmental <br /> hazard areas are present. <br /> SITE PLAN: A site plan is not required for rezonings to <br /> "A" Residential. <br /> AGENCY COMMENTS: <br />
