ORDINANCE NO. 8.5"03 <br /> 9 . <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE <br /> FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT TEE 'N©RTHWEST , <br /> CORNER OF WINDFALL DRIVE AND SUMMIT DRIVE <br /> IN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of <br /> South Bend, Indiana: <br /> SECTION I. Ordinance No. 4990-68, as amended, which <br /> ordinance is commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City <br /> of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same hereby is amended in <br /> order that the _zoning classification of the following described <br /> real estate in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, State <br /> of` Indiana: <br /> A tract of land in the northwest quarter of the northeast <br /> quarter of. Section 8, Township 37 North, Range 2 East <br /> in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County,` Indiana <br /> and being a part of Lot'.1 as shown on the plat of John <br /> Carroll Minor Subdivision, a plat recorded June 6, 1986 <br /> as instrument Number 8612724 in the office of the Recorder <br /> of St. Joseph County, Indiana, described as follows: <br /> Commencing, at the northwest corner of said recorded plat <br /> of John Carroll Minor Subdivision, said corner being <br /> 490.00 feet North. 900 00' 00" East (bearing assumed) of <br /> the northwest corner of said northeast quarter of Section <br /> 8; thence South 00° 02' 33" East along the west.. line of <br /> said recorded plat, 390.00 feet to the true Point Of <br /> Beginning; thence continuing South 00° 02' 33" East <br /> along the west line of said recorded plat, 143. 28 feet <br /> to the southwest corner of said recorded plat; thence <br /> South 89° 56' 15" East, 10.84 feet to a point of curva- <br /> ture; thence easterly 143.17 feet along a curve to the <br /> left having a radius of 683.58 feet, a central angle of <br /> 12° 00' 00 and limited in length th by a chord of 162.91 <br /> feet that bears North 814.° 03' 4 ..."
