ORDINANCE NO. .S0? /. 9* <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, CLOSING CERTAIN <br /> DORMANT FUNDS AND TRANSFERRING THE BALANCES <br /> THEREIN TO THE GENERAL FUND OF THE <br /> CITY OF SOUTH BEND <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT <br /> The Common Council of the City of South Bend has determined <br /> that certain funds of the City of South Bend have been dormant <br /> for a period of years, that the purposes for which these funds <br /> were established have been fulfilled or no longer require the <br /> maintenance of the funds, and that these funds should be closed <br /> and their balances transferred to the General Fund of the City of <br /> South Bend. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS : <br /> Section I . That the following funds be closed and the <br /> indicated balances, plus all accrued interest, on deposit therein <br /> be transferred to the General Fund of the City of South Bend. <br /> Fund No .
