Morrison South Bend, Indiana 46601 <br />President <br />The Souti Bend Redevelopment Trustees of the City of South Bend, Department <br />of Redevelopm nt met in Executive Session duly called in accordance with the law and <br />rules of the Redevelonment Commission at 9:00 A.M. in Room 1200, County -City Building, <br />in the City oF South Bend, Indiana. Following the Executive Session the Trustees had <br />their Annual Meeting which was called to order at 9:30 A.M. by Mr. Morris L. Morrison, <br />President, presiding and the following members of the Redevelopment Trustees present: <br />I. ROLL CALL <br />Members Present: Mr. Morris L. Morrison, President <br />Mr. Carl Weinzetl, Vice President <br />Mr. Roland A. Kelly, Secretary <br />Dr. Alfred Fromm, Member <br />Members Absent: Mr. William A. Welsheimer, Member <br />Redevel pment Staff: Mr. Carl Ellison, Director <br />Mrs. Ann Kolata, Deputy Director <br />Mrs. Jane A. Zimmerman, Executive Secretary <br />News Media: Mr. Dave Anderson, Reporter, WNDU -TV <br />Mr. John McKnight, Reporter, WSBT -TV <br />Mr. Frank Vellner, Photographer, WSBT -TV <br />Mr. James Wensits, Reporter, South Bend Tribune <br />The President of the Redevelopment Trustees reported that notice of this <br />annual meetin , in the form attached to these minutes, had been given prior to this <br />meeting, as f llows: <br />1. By telephoning the members of the Redevelopment Trustees to inform <br />theM of this annual meeting; <br />2. By osting a copy of the notice of this annual meeting at the <br />mai entrance of the principal office of the Redevelopment Trustees; and <br />3. By t lephoning all news media which have filed written requests for notice <br />of meetings with the Redevelopment Commission to inform them of this <br />meeting. <br />The President concluded that the meeting had been duly called in accordance with <br />the Rules of t c Redevelopment Commission and Indiana Code 5- 14 -1.5 and ordered a <br />copy of the no ice filed with the records of the Redevelopment Commission. <br />II.
