Upon investi- <br />gation <br />the Inspector concurred. The commissioners are <br />requested <br />to approve Change Order No. 1, which reduces <br />cost <br />by $198.00 <br />Mr. Robinson <br />made a motion to approve Change Order No. 1, <br />with <br />R. A. Stickler Plumbing.for a decrease in contract <br />price <br />of $198.00, at the address of 1126 Chalfant Street, <br />seconded <br />by Mr. Donaldson, and the motion was unanimously <br />carried. <br />b. Commission <br />approval requested for Change Order No. 1; with <br />APPROVAL OF <br />Charles <br />Brown Maintenance Company, Inc. for no change in <br />CHANGE ORDER #1 <br />The—contract <br />price, at "the dddress'of 236 East Haney Street <br />CHARLES BROWN MAIN - <br />as set <br />torth in letter-from Mr. James Harcus; Director, <br />TENANCE CO., INC. <br />Bureau <br />o Housln . <br />(NO CHANGE IN CONTRACT <br />PRICE) <br />Mr. <br />reus: Just as rehabilitation service was beginning <br />at 236 <br />Haney, Bureau Inspector visited property and <br />observed <br />that; 1) homeowner had repaired some items himself, <br />and; <br />) additional items had deteriorated since time of <br />initial <br />inspection. The Bureau accommodated the above by <br />changing <br />the porch specification to concrete from deck <br />board <br />replacement and thereby balanced costs. The Commissioners <br />are r <br />quested to approve Change Order No. 1. <br />Mr. <br />binson: Mr. Harcus, can you tell me if work done by <br />a hom <br />owner is subject to Bureau inspection? <br />Mr. H4rcus: Yes, it is.
