• <br /> ORDINANCE NO. a o- 91. <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA APPROPRIATING SIXTY <br /> THOUSAND DOLLARS ($60, 000) FROM THE <br /> PARK MAINTENANCE FUND <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT <br /> The Common Council of the City of South Bend hereby determines <br /> that it is necessary and in the best interest of the City to make <br /> certain appropriations of funds available within the Park <br /> Maintenance Fund of the City to fund the purchase of equipment for <br /> the City' s golf course. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA AS FOLLOWS : <br /> SECTION I .
