Mr. Ellison: When Gruen finishes their work and you see the plans you will notice that there is great care taken to assure that pedestrian access functions throughout the project so that there won't be a conflict between buses run ing through there and people needing to get into the mal . Ms. Derbeck: I assume that what is planned is for some kind of mall on Main between the GSA Building and the Odd Fellows Building. Then there would be a second floor above the bus pass that would be covered by another floor, right? Mr. Ellison: No. There is a walk -in connection to the sec nd floor, but the connection was actually to the mall. Derbeck: If there is a mall entrance on Main, as I ime there will be, how are the people that enter the on Main going to get over to the buses? Mr. Ellison: They will be able to walk across.
