Tuesday Evening, 7 ;15 P.M. <br />-Hearing given on Assessment Roll anf final estimate for the r rankl in street Sewer <br />under. Improvement Resolution :F 99. No remonstrants appeared and no remonstrances were <br />filed. The City Engineer called attention to the fact that in making up the assessment <br />roll) owing to the abstracter in furnishing descriptions of property abutting on the <br />improvement making; an error in omitting the description of the T.H. & L. Right of Way <br />at Indiana Avenue, same was ic.luded in the Maggie M. Stull. assessment. The Board caused, <br />laid roll to be so changed as to Puke the T. H. & L. R. R. Co.." interests a-L--pear thereon, by <br />deducting from the Maggie IT. Stull 27 feet of the frontage included it her assessment <br />which deduction amounts tb �':24• 10. Res : lved by the Board that the asses smentroll filed <br />April 15th. and the `final estimate allowed April 15th. be and the same is hereby in all <br />things ratified and approved. <br />9 <br />�y'irst hearing on Vacation Resolution �17. passed April 22nd. 1903; for the <br />vacation of two feet off the north side of Lot 6 in Hutchinson` s Add. to the City of <br />South Bend. No remonstrances were filed and no remonst rants appeared. The Board hereby <br />declare the tvp feet off the north side of the alley adjoining Lot 6 in Hutchinsons Add. <br />vacated. <br />The Board. find that Lot 6 owned, by D. N. Becker is benefited in the amount of <br />10.00 dollars. The Board accordingly fixes the amount of assessment at 10.00. No <br />,property will be injuriously affected by such vacation. <br />Now comes D. N. Becker and vraives notice of amount of assessment and hearing on <br />amount of assessments under Vacation Resolution +17 and pays into the City Treasury of <br />-the City of South Bend the sum of �10.00 without further proceedings. <br />Hearing given the petitioners and remonstrators of Madison street on the <br />petition asking or the narrowit of the roadway of Madi.-on street from Michigan street <br />east to the west line of the first alley east thereof. The Board ferred action until <br />Wednesday, hay gt&. 1903. <br />President. <br />
