May 26th, 190 3. . Petition filed for the Works, as they may see fit. improveent of Vistula avenue by the Board of Public Grade established on. E. Navarre street from St. Jcseph street west to River. Also on Allen street from 14ichigan street to the South end of Lederers Subs-div-. Street Commissioner instructed to look up site for public hitching place. IT.TPROVEMMT RESOLUTION # 127.- Resol ved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana; That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: The grading and curbing and placing of cement sidewalks on Bowman street from the west limits of the "South-east" addition to the East limits of the "South-east" additior. Said impovement shall be known --nd designatdd as the Borman street grade, curb, and walks." and shall be constructed according ,to the plans and specifications filet, by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution and proposals for bids for the e3ecution of the above work shall be published on the 27th., day of May and on the 3rd. day of June, 1903. in the South Bend Daily Times and the South Bend Daily Tribune.
