Jay Nimtz, Puss ent <br />ATT ST: <br />A. eteA Dona.P vn, <br />Ms. Auburn made a motion to approve Resolution 596, <br />thanking First Bank and Trust Company for its contri- <br />bution to the revitalization of downtown South Bend, <br />seconded by Mr. Donaldson, and the motion was <br />unanimously carried. <br />Co*ission approval requested for Resolution No. 597 <br />rel tive to RAHN Properties II. <br />Mr. Ellison: This resolution is to recognize the <br />important role of Rahn Properties II in the revita <br />liz tion of downtown. The resolution reads as <br />follows: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 597 <br />WHEREAS, the City of South Bend has entered <br />agreement with Fiut Bank and TAwst Company and <br />-7- <br />RESOLUTION #597 <br />THANKING RAHN <br />PROPERTIES II FOR <br />ITS CONTRIBUTIONS <br />IN THE REVITALIZA- <br />TION OF DOWNTOWN <br />SOUTH BEND <br />
