<br />First hearing on Vacation Resolution 4 l6, passed ?March llth, 1003, for the vacaticn
<br />of an alley in Taylor's Field Addition to the City of South Bend. No remonstrances were
<br />filed and no remonstrants appeared. The Board hereby declare the following alley
<br />vacated: the alley lying between lots 52 and 53 in said Taylor's Field Addition extend—
<br />ing from the west line of Carroll street to the east- line -of an alley inmediatelyy west cK
<br />of the west end of the above described lots.
<br />The Board furtherr find that lots 52 and 53 in Taylors 2 ield Addition , the property
<br />of Isiah Miller and John E. Donahue are hereby benefited in the amount of 50.00. The
<br />Board accordingly fixes the assessment of Isiah Miller and John E. Donahue at $50.00..
<br />No property will be injuriously affedted by such vacation. Now comes Isiah Miller and
<br />John E. Donahue by Janes A.° Judie, attorney and waives notice of amount of assessment and
<br />hearing on amout of assessment under vacation resolution RC) and pay into the City
<br />Treasury of the, City of South Bend, the sum of $50.00 without further proceedings.
