Power Company, same is respectfully referred to the Council Ordinam Committee for definite action. Application of John Shank for position as Inspector placed on file. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana; That an improve ment be made of the kind., size, location and terminal points as follows; The Brick pavir ing on a rolled gravel foundation on West La Salle Averue from Taylor street to La Porte Avenue. Said improvement shall be known and designated as the 'I IV. La Salle Avenue Brick" and shall be Constructed according to the plans and specifications t-re-fired by the City Civil Engineer filed herewith. Notice of this --resolution anci proposals for bids for the eXecution of the above work shall be puTblished on the 23rd. day of February and on the 2nd day of Itarch, 1203, in the South bend. Daily Times and the South bend Daily Tribune. This Board will give a hearingAat its office in the City Ball on the loth. day of March, 1903, at 7.15 Pam., and will receive bids up to 10 A.
