South street to Sample street by the construction of a brick pavement on a gravel foundation. Said in-provement shall be know and designatod as the "Clinton Street Brick" and shal be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this Resolution and proposals for bids for the; e xecutiOn of the above viork shall be published on the 19th. day of February and on the 26th. day of Foby. 10031 in the South Bend Daily Tribune and the South Bend Daily Times.
