417, <br />Monday S• pt. 29 th, 39 02. <br />Contract signed with T.C. Barnes & Son for cement walk on Hydraulic Avenue. <br />r <br />o <br />The Street Commissioner was instructed.to grade Prairie Avenue from Blanche <br />Street -to City Limits. <br />Engineer ins truc ted to get '.grade stakes on Dubail Ave. from High Street east, <br />Assessment rolls and final estimates filed for the Niles Ave. grades gravel <br />and curb from Sorin Street to Howard Streets ad the Brick Pavement on Alley east of <br />Michigan Street from Jefferson Street to Vistula Avenue and from ST. Joseph Street to <br />alley wests under Improvement Resolutions +47 and + 73 respectively. <br />Resolved that notices as to the amount of assessments be published for six consecutive <br />days in the South Bend Daily Times and The South Bend Dailt Tribune beginning on <br />the.29th, day of September 1902, stating that this Board will give a hearing as to <br />the amount of assessmnts on the 7th. day of October at 7.15 P.M. Resolved, futther <br />that the entire work under the above contracts be accepted and approved and the final <br />estimates therefore be allowed. Notice of this resolution shall be published in the <br />South Bend Daily Times and the South Bend Dailty Tribune on the 30th* day of Septem <br />ber 1902, stating that this Board Board on the 7th. day of Qetbbelr-1902 at 7:Lr P.M. <br />will give a hearing upon the acceptance of the work and the above estimates. <br />Electric Company ordered to place an all-night lamp instead of a mid -sight <br />lamp at the intersection of East Jefferson Street and the City Limits. <br />President. <br />
