Tuesday September 16th. , 1902. 7 ;15 P. M. Hearing on the assessment rolls and final estimates for the following Improvements: Napier Street Sewers Dayton Street Grading, walks and curb! Indiana Avenue Sewer and Elmira ( Calvert ) Street Grading p Walks and Curb under Improvement Resolutions 64t 65 9 63, fit respz:ctively. In regard to the Napier Street Sewer no remonstrances was filed and no remonstr— ants appeared. The assessment roll filed on Sept. 8th. and the final estimate allowed on Sept. 8th. are hereby confirmed. In regard to the Indiana Avenue Sewer, no remonstrance was filed and no remonstrants appeared. . The assessment roll of Sept. 8th. and the final estimate allowed Sept. 8th. are hereby confirmed. In regard to the Elmira ( Calvert ) Street Grading, Walks and Curb. No remonstrance was filed and no remonstrants appeared. The assessment roll filed Sept. 8th. and the final estimate allowed Sept. 8th, are hereby confirmed. In regard to the grading, walks and curb on Dayton Street, Edward DuBail. and John Brodb ec k Appeared and remonstrated against the c onf irmat i oh of the final estimate. The Board finds that this work is still unsatisfactory and the final estimate an) assessment roll will not be confirmed. Another hearig will be given on this improvement on Sept. 19 th.. at 7 ;3.5 P.M. First hearing on the City Hall Alley Paving, S. La Fayette St. Grade and Curb Notre Dame Street Gradep Walks and Curb; Pennsylvania Avenue Grade and Curb; South Bend Avenue Grade and Curb; High Street Grade and Curb; Hydraulic Avenue Walks under Improvement Resolutions +102 to #108-�N�A' Engineer filed following estimates of the cost of such work. In all the cases the Board finds that the benefits, includigg the benefits to the City are equal severa— lly in each case to the estimated cost of the improtrement. + 102 to # 108 inclusive were accordingly confirmed.
