Brooks Brademas: <br />Mr. Butler: The first proposal is submitted by Heritage <br />Building. A bank money order is included in this package <br />in the amount of $10.00. This is a 10% deposit for acqui- <br />sit on of the property. <br />Pro essor Stuermer: (The professor handed out copies of a <br />det fled outline of the proposal for the Commissioners <br />and Executive Director to review). Our proposal suggests <br />tha the retention of the building in its present state is <br />ent rely possible and feasible from an economic point of <br />view.
