Common Council having adopted the import of this- Department rearding sewer and water connections on West Monroe and West Division Streets,Resolved that the 20 day notices prescribed by Ordinance No.1037 be published in the ,South Bend Daily Tribune and in the South Bend Daily Times on the lath And, 14th days of August,1902, the 4th day of September, re .airing said sewer and water connections to be made before =1902 . Street Commissioner requested to investigate and make necessary repairs to the sidewalk on the south side of the Qrand Trunk and Indiana, Illinois and Iowa tracks at the south Walnut Street intersection. Engineer reported descriptions for the condemnation of Bank Outlots 120 and 125 for Park purposes;such condemtion having been authorized by Ordinance on August 11,1902. CONDEMNATION RESOLUTION NO 7 %S')LVED BY THE BOARD Or PUBLIC WORKS Or THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,INDIANA: That the following described property be appropriated, for the use of said City: All of Bank Outl of No*' 120 of the;- Third .-Addition of Outlots of . the State:.Bank bfA-lndians '.which ii6s. between =VinI con's �tbdivision of Bank Outiot 121.4nd-tbe St Joseph, River; also all _ of Bank Outlot .Nc 125 of t:he .Third- Addition of Outlots'_ of the. State_ Bank of Indiana which lies between Bank Outlot 124 and the St Joseph River. The following described property may be injuriously or beneficially affected by such appropriation: The above described Bank Outiots Nos .120 and 125 of the Third Addition of Outl.ots of the State Bank of Indiana. The purpose of such appropriation is the acquixit.ion of said property for park purposes. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the13 day of Aug .and on the 20 day of Aug01902 in the South Bend Daily Tribune. This Board,at its office in the City Hall on tine 22 day of Aug,19O2 at 10 a.m. will hear and receive remonstrances from all persons interested in or af- -fe cte d by these proceedings.
