August 521902 1. IT'ROVEN8NT 13ESOLUTION NO 100. RESOLVED BY TIM BOYOV PUBLIC. WORKS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,INDIANA: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as fol- -lows: The construct -on of .a pipe sewer on East LaSalle Avenue from the end of the pr+esentsewer at the alley west of Notre Dame Street to the east curb line of Eddy Street. Said imp rove me nt shall be known and de s i gnat ed as "E .LaSalle Avenue. Sewre r" , and shall be constructed accoMing. to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer,filed herewith. Notice of this resolution and proposals for bids for the execution bf the above work shall be published on the 6 day of Aug. and on the 13 day of Augy1902 in the South Bend Daily, Tribune and in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this i solut ion at its office in the City Hall on the 26 day of Aug,1902 :at 7:15 p .m..,and will re ce ive bids up to 10 a .m. on the 2 day of Sept .19 02 ImpROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO 103. ^+ SOLVED BY TEE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS OF TM CITY OF SOUTH B ND, INDIANA: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal ,points as fol- lows;*. The paving of West Division Street with brick from the west line of Chapin Street to the west line of Olive Street* Sadd improvement shall be known and designated as"Division Street Brick",and shall be :constructed according to the plans and specifi- cations prepared by the City Civil Engine r,filed he 3bwith .Not ice of this rasolution and proposals for bids for the execution of the above work shall be published on the 6 day of Aug. and on the 13th.day of Aug,1902 in the South Bend Daily Tribune and in the South Bend Daily Times.
