<br />Mr. Ellison: The second 312 loan application for which the
<br />Commission needs to rescind a previous loan is Robert & Soledad
<br />Duron of 424 S. Harris, South Bend, Indiana. The previous
<br />loan was approved for this applicant in the amount of $12,100.00.
<br />This loan was closed in December 1978 and the money had been
<br />advance .
<br />Mr. Cira made a motion to approve a loan to Robert & Soledad
<br />Duron of 424 S. Harris, South Bend, Indiana for $16,100.00,
<br />and from the proceeds of such loan, pay off the previous loan
<br />which was approved by the Commission in the amount of $12,100.00,
<br />secondeJ by Mr. Donaldson, and the motion was unanimously carried.
<br />Mr. Ellison: A previous approval was granted for a loan in the
<br />amount f $11,350.00, to Richard W. Sr. & Mary Dobrzykowski of
<br />606 South Liberty Street, South Bend, Indiana. The request
<br />today is for a loan in a smaller amount ($5,900.00). I believe
<br />what we have to do is amend the previous loan. There was no
<br />money a vanced from the loan.
<br />Mr. Robinson made a motion to amend a previous approval granted
<br />for a 312 loan to Richard W. Sr. & Mary Dobrzykowski of 606
<br />South Liberty Street, South Bend, Indiana which was for
<br />$11,350.00 to a new loan amount of $5,900.00, seconded by Mr.
<br />Donalds n, and the motion was unanimously carried.
<br />There b ing no further questions concerning 312 loan applica-
<br />tions, Ir. Donaldson made a motion to approve a 312 loan to
<br />Naoma B. Newsome, 806 N. Elmer in the amount of $7,200.00,
<br />Janice Surratt, of 525 Studebaker in the amount of $5,450.00,
<br />Dennis 3. & Catherine Nolan of 701 St. Vincent Street, in the
<br />amount f $18,300.00, Jeffrey V. & Kathleen Gibney, 726 W.
<br />Washington, in the amount of $12,200.00, Lawrence & Valarie Day
<br />of 916 4. Adams, in the amount of $19,150.00, to Ernesto V. &
<br />Carmen . Garza, 1525 W. Sample in the amount of $15,350.00,
<br />Evadean M. Jester, of 505 E. Bowman in the amount of $8,900.00,
<br />to Ruby Dunfee of 827 Forest Avenue, in the amount of $7,700,00,
<br />to Leona Fleming of 2013 W. Sample in the amount of $9,050.00,
<br />to Eliza Haynes of 730 N. Johnson in the amount of $5,150.00,
<br />Jessie Richardson of 1029 Burns in the amount of $10,200.00,
<br />to Vinc nt & Kathleen Klees of 916 W. Washington in the amount
