�IOTAIP� Petition filed for the construction of a sewer on Elder street from Michigan to Carroll streets. Referred to the engineer for specifications. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION N0. 69. Resolved by the Board of<. Publ"ic Works of the City of South Bend Indiana: That an improvement be made of thekind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Grading and lowering East La Salle Avenue from a. point 305 feet east of St. Peter street to the west line of. Eddy street, also the construction of cement curbing on said street and the relaying of the sidewalks as more fully specified in the specifications. Said improve- ment shall be known and designated as "La Salle Avenue Gradin; " and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed here- with* Notice. of this resolution and proposals for bids for the execution of the above work shall be published on the 20 day of May and on the 27 day of` May 1902, in the South Bend Daily Tribune and in the South Bend Dail;; Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 3 day of June 1902 at 7:15 P. M. and will receive bids up to 10 A. M. on the 9 day of June 1902• IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 70. Resolved by theeBoard of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: The grading of North Frances street from the south line of Madison street to the north line of the ,first alley south of La Salle Avenue; also the construction of cement curbing between the above terminal points. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "Frances Street Grading" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifica- tions prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of thds resolution and proposals for bids for the execution of the above work shall be published on the 20 day of May and on the 27 day of May 1902, in the South Bend Daily Tribune and in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 3 day of May 1902, at 7:15 P• M. and will, receive bids up to 10 A. M. on the 9th day of June 1902. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "Notre Dame st. Grading" .and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution and proposals for bids for the execution of the above work shall be published on the 20 day of May and on the 27 day of May 1902, in the South Bend Daily Tribune and in the South Bend Dail; Times. Irais Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 3 day of June 1902 at 7:15 P. M. and will receive bids up to 10 A. M. on the 9 day of June 1902.
