M. <br />Resolution No. 58 is accordingly confirmed.- The vote ,of the Board was as follows, Messrs <br />Hubbard and Leeper in favor of the confirmation and Mr. Goetz against the same. <br />Hearing on Vacation Resolution No. 11 adopteed Ma_--ch 21st 1902. Remonstrators <br />appeared and remonstrances were filed -against this vacation. August Beyers, John Delusej- <br />John Lue sch, Otto Beyrer s, Frank Mauch, argued the matter to the Board, claiming that the <br />proposed vacation would leave no outlet -from Parry to Eddy street for a gra,gt and un- <br />reasonable distance. The Board find that it is not desirable to vacate this alley at <br />present; accordingly Vacation Resolution No. 11 is hereby rescinded. <br />Hearing on Vacation Resolution No, 10 adopted March 14, 1902. Remonstrators <br />appeared and a remonstrance was filed against this proposed vacation on the ground that <br />such action on the part of the City would injure all surrounding property, especially <br />the closing of any part of Hoke street which it .is claimed should in time be extended <br />north to provide an outlet from Roseland Park. The Board find that thi s proposed-'.vacc <br />tion cannot be carried through without irreparable damage to surrounding property, <br />accordingly Vacation Resolution No. 10 should be and hereby is rescinded. <br />President. <br />
