March 14 1902- <br />VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 10. <br />Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the 'City of Sou.th`Bend,' Indiana: That <br />it is desirable to vacate the following: The alley running east and west between Parry <br />street and <br />Eddy street between Lots 15 and 16 in Beyer's Addition to the Ctty of <br />South <br />Bend. The <br />following; property ma:;, <br />be injuriously or beneficially <br />effected by such <br />vacation <br />inclusive in Boyer's <br />Addition to the City` of South <br />Bend. Notice -of <br />this <br />Lots 12 to <br />20 <br />resolution <br />shall be published on <br />the 15 day of March and on°the <br />22 day of Larch 1902 <br />in <br />the South <br />Bend Daily •Tribune .
