Referred to Engineer for <br />specifications.. <br />South send Electric Co. and <br />Postal Telegraph Co. <br />requested' <br />to comply with d+�c-- <br />t i ons 3 and 7 reop etively of their <br />respective franchh ise s <br />requiring <br />theto paint their <br />pole s . <br />Engineer instructed to prepare drawings and specifications for the grading of <br />E street in Cushings Addition and the construction of cement walks and curbs, also the <br />grading of Van Buren street and the construction of cement walks and curbs,c� th9s- <br />east line of E street to the west line of A street. <br />Petition for electric light corner of Emerson Avenue and Vistula Avenue referred <br />to street comissioner for report. <br />Board upon the application of J. C. Knoblock decided to reconsider the plat of <br />his subdivision of Lot 39 and to accept and approve the same provided same was properly <br />monumented,, this extension will be known as Carroll Court. <br />Street Commissioner requested to notify occupants at Corner of Napier and Chapin <br />to keep streets free from litter. <br />0 <br />Clerk instructed to notify the South Bend Electric Co. to remove the pole from <br />private, premises at 424 South Laurel street. <br />President. <br />
