-7:15 P-. M. Hearing on Vacation Resolution No. 9 for the relocation of Angella street. No remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The Board declare the following tracts of land vacated:- Beginning at a stake set in the west one -eight section line of section (1) one, township thirt/-seven (37) north, range two (2) east of second princi- pal meridians at a point six hundred fifteen and one-half N15 1/2) feet north of a stone set for the west one-ight corner in 'the east and west centre line of said section one. Said point being in the south line of Angella streets formerly Leeper Avenues as located b, the Cit; Commissioners in 1895 and recorded in plat book number `6� page 121, Records of St. Joseph Count./ Indiana; and running thence east at right angles to said one -eight section line thirty (30) feet, thence north eight and nine -tenths (89) feet, thence north 78 degrees 39 minutes west thirt , and fift�--four hundreths (30.54) feet, to one -- eight section line, thence south on one -eight section line fourteen and nine tenths (14.9) feet to beginning, the property of Anne M. Studebaker. also beginning; at the same point as in the description of tract number one, and running thence north on one-e i ght section line f ourtee n- and nine -tenths (14.9) feet, thence north 78 degrees 39 minutes west, e i ht and seventy --six hundreths (8."'::) feet, thence south 84 degrees 06 minutes west, one hundred sixty-one and six -tenths (161.6) feet to a point thirty (30) feet east and seven- teen and one-sixth(16-1/6) feet north of the centre of the north end of Leeper bridge' thence east one hundred sixty-nine and Four tenths (139.4) feet to beginning., the property of Samuel Leeper. Also beginning at a point sixty-six (66) feet north and one hundred seventy-four and six -tenths (174.6) feet west of the beginning point in the description of tract number one, and running thence west fifty-seven and nine -tenths (57.9) fee t thence south six (6) feet, thence north 84 degrees 06 minutes east fifty-eight and two - tenths (58.2) feet to place of beginning the property of Samuel Leeper. The role. of pro- perty owners under this resolution is already in the hands of this ocard. Now comes Sam- uel Leeper and waives notice , of award or assessment and hearing on amount of award or assessment under Vacation Resolution No,-9 The Board find that since Samuel Leeper has already dedicated a sufficient strip of land to complete the relocation of this street no assessments need be made and accordingly none are made. Hearing upon the following improvements: Sibley Avenue, College street, Rush street, Niles .-venue, Corby street, St. Peter street Diamond Avenue and Witwer Avenue., under Improvement Resolutions 47, 48P 49) 509 510 52t 53, and 54 respectively. Owing to the uncertainty as to whether the Common Council will see fit to appropriate more money for the City's share of street improvements the Board find that this hearing should
