Decenber &3�0. 1901. 7:15 P. 11. <br />.,The Board held a special meeting in order to' give the contractor on the Wenger <br />street curb improvement an opportunity to present his sid: o' the dispute with the proper- <br />ty owners. Owing to misunderstanding the contractor expected that the regular hearing <br />would be given at 7:15 P. M. instead of 11 A. M. A written statement was presented by <br />the contractor in defence of his work. Same was read and filed. The Board find that it <br />cannot alter the finding at the morning meeting against the confirmation of the asses s- <br />Cj <br />anent roll and final estimate. <br />Pre s ident <br />
