November 12. 1901. 7:15 P. M. Hearing on the assessment rolls and final estimates for the north'Lafayette street water connections. No remonstrators appeared. The assessment roll, Filed October 18, 1901, and the final estimate, allowed on October 18, are therefor confirmed. Hearing on the assessment roll and final estimate for the iFord street cement c&xb, under Improvement Resolution No. 42,No remonstrators appeared. The assessment roll, filed on October 8, 1901) and the final estimate, allowed on October 8, 1901, are hereby confirmed. Hearing on the Wenger street cement curb, under Improvement Resolution No. 41; the work still being unsatisfactory this hearing is again postponed and the confirmation of the assessment roll and final estimate postponed until November 26th, 1901. Hearing on the assessment rolls and final estimates for the Mill street brick pavement, under Improvement Resolution No. 17, and for the east Colfax Avenue sewer, under Improvement Resolution No. 38, No remonstrators appeared. The assessment rolls, filed on October 29th, and the final .-st imate s, allowed on October 29th, are hereby confirmed. Hearing on the assessment rolls and final estimates for the Midway street gracI4 ing,_ the Niles Avenue grading, and the Harris street cement curb and walk, under Improve - went Resolutions, Nos. 18, 32 and 28 respectively. Remonstrators against the confirmation of the final estimate for Midway street appeared and informed the Board that the work in front of the Rock property was not satisfactory. No remonstrators appeared as to the Niles Avenue and Harris street work. The confirmation of the final estimate and assessment roll for the Midway street work is therefor postponed until November 26th at 7:15 P. M. meeting The assessment rolls and final estimates for Niles Avenue and Harris street, filed and allowed on October 23rd, 1901, are therefor confirmed. President.
