Assessment rolls and final estimates filed for the West Washington street cement <br />sidewalk, under Improvement Resolution No. 34 and for the west Madisdn street pipe sewer <br />under Improvement Resolution No. 33. Ordered that notices as to amount .of assessments be <br />published in the South Bend Daily Tribune and in the South Bend Daily Times for six suc- <br />cessive days beginning on the 18th day of October, 1901, stating that this Board will <br />give a hearing on this resolution on the 29th day of October, 1901, at 7: 5 P. M. ResOlved <br />forther that the entire work under the above contracts be accepted and approved and thb <br />final estimates therefor allowedq Notice of this resolution shall be published in the <br />South Bend Daily Tribune and in the South Bend Daily Times on the 18th day of October! <br />1901, stating that this Board will give a hearing on this resolution on the 29th day of <br />October, 1901, at 7:15 P. M. <br />Condemnation Resolution No. 4. <br />Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That <br />the following described property be appropriated for the use of said City: +A part of Lot <br />3 in Arnold and Pagin's Sub -Division of State Bank Outlots 80 and 81, described as follows - <br />Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Lots thence South 37.8 feet, thence West <br />to the West line of said Lotj thence North 37.4 feet, thence East to the place of beginn- <br />ing, the property of Franklin Reece. Also a part of Lot 4 in Arnold and Pagin's Sub -Div- <br />ision of State. Bank Outlots 80 and 81, described as follows: Begirnin� at the Southeast <br />corner of said Lot, thence North 28.2 feet thence West to the West line of said Lot, <br />thence South 28.2 feet to the South line of said Lot, thence East to the place of begin-,, <br />ning, the property of George Hodson. The following described property may be injuriously <br />or beneficially affected by such appropriation: All of Lots 3 and 4 in Arnold and Pagin's <br />Sub -Division of State Bank Oultlots 80 and 81, will be injuriously affected. The follow- <br />ing described property will be beneficially affected:- The following lots in Arnold and <br />Pagin's Sub -Division of Bank Outlots 80 and 81: Lot 1, property of Marcelli and Maggie <br />Latkowski; Lot 2, property of J. Henry Supy; Lot 5, property of J jhn Hasinski; Lot 61 <br />property of John Hibberd, Harriet and Carl Hibberd; Lot 7, property of James S. and Emma <br />Mitchel; Lot 22, property of Frederick A. and Theresa M. Warkentine; Lot 23, property of <br />Herman and Welhelmina Kabitz; Lot 24, property of Benjamin P. Wagner; Lot 25, property of <br />Alice M. Nave; Lot 26, property of Joseph E. Talbot; Also the following lots in College <br />Grove Addition to the City of South Bend:- 33 feet off of the East side of Lot 25, pro- <br />perty of Jennie M. Riddle; 36 feet off the West side of 69 feet off the East end of Lot 25 <br />owned by St. Joseph County Loan and Savings Association; 33 feet off the West side of <br />
