Same approved, adopted and filed - <br />Notice received from Mary Campau that she had withdrawn from the market her <br />property at corner of Wayne and Lafayette streets and same was no longer for sale for <br />Purpose of a central fire station. <br />Complaints received from farmers entering the City from South Michigan street <br />that they needed some facilities for crossing Bowman creek during the construction of the <br />new bridge* As this is outside of the Cite the clerk was instrdcted to notify the County <br />Commissioners - <br />Hearing on the matters concerning Division street. The discussion of October 7th <br />1901, was taken up and attorneys for teh R• R• Company presented agreements to support the <br />company's right to double track Division street as far as Taylorsstreet• The Board however <br />are not satisfied that the Company has this right- Accordingly it was decided to present <br />an ordinance to the Common Council repealing so much of Ordinance No- 62 as gave rights <br />to lay two tracks on Division street as far as Taylor- Such an ordinance will be approved <br />by the Board and the Council requested to pass the same at this evenings meeting- <br />President- <br />
