Same was adopted and filed. <br />Following assessment rolls and final estimates were reported: Luurel street cem- <br />ant curb, under Improvement Resolution No. 35; Laurel street sewer,, under Improvement Res- <br />olution No. 37; Sewer connections on Napier street from Chapin street to Scott street. <br />Resolved that notices as to amount of assessments be published in the South Bend Daily Tr- <br />ibune and in the South Bend Daily Times for six successive days beginning on the 14th, day <br />of September 1901, stating Lhat this Board will give a hearing as to the amount of assess- <br />ments on the 24th day of September 1901 at 7:15 P. M. Resolved further that the entire wo <br />work under the enntracts for the above improvements be accepted and approved and the final <br />estimates therefor allowed, and that notices of this resolution shall be published in the <br />South Bend Daily Tribune and in the South Bend Daily Times on the 14th day od September <br />190P stating that this Board will give a hearing on this resolution on the 24th day of <br />September 1901 at 7:15 P. Dub ail to tear out 40 feet of curb on South Michigan street <br />and put in returns for a street opening south of Dayton street granted,* Engineer reported <br />favorably on the petition. <br />City Attorney requexted to take steps to secure the Coquillard property offered <br />for the north shore boulevard and to prepare necessary legal papers and petition to the <br />St. Joseph Circuit Court for securing approval of deeds from Coquillard estate. <br />President. <br />
