144 er ll,_ 1901. The confirmation of the assessment roll and final estimate on Monday September 9 1901, is hereby revoked for the foiklowing reasons. Certain property owners appeared on. Se- ptember loth and informed the Board that they were misled as to the date of the hearing and therefore were deprived of the opportunity to remonstrate against the acceptance of the work. It is therefore resolved by the Board that the matter be reopened for the belief it of,such property owners and that the Clerk give all property owners affected by or int- erested in these proceedings a personal notice in writing informing them that their remon- strance, would be heard on Tuesday September 17 at 7:15 P. M. at which time the assess meat roll and final estimate would be again considered and passed upon. President.
