Mk <br />ember 30. 1901i. <br />Lease for a strip of ground front of Lot 70 Commissioners Sub. for a sidewalk <br />forwarded to the Lake Shore and Michigan Southern.Railroad Co. for execution. <br />Lake,Shore and Michigan Southern Railroad Company met the Board and held a con-' <br />veraation regarding that Company's grade west of the Grand Trunk Crossing. It was decided <br />to have the Company's engineer go over the matter with the City Engineer. <br />Committee of Division street property owners met the Board and matters pertain- <br />ing to Division street were considered. No conclusions were arrived at. <br />Petition filed for the construction of a sidewalk on t__e west side of Witwer <br />street from Dubail to Midway street. <br />Remonstrance filed against the construction of a Central Fire Station on the <br />Compau property at the corner of Lafayette and Wayne streets. Remonstrance bore 32 sig- <br />natures. <br />Deed from Jonh Wunderlich and wife to the City for alley purposes received and <br />turned over to the County Recordee for record. <br />Clerk instructed to look up -the Council proceedings and ascertain whether the <br />alley east of Walnut street and south of the Lake Shore and Michigan Southern Railroad <br />tracks has ever been extended from that Co's right of way north to Division street. If not <br />the present telegraph pole, supposed to be in the way of the public, <br />property of the Company. <br />is on the private <br />President. <br />
