Resolved by -the , Boara * of Public Works of the City of - Sou.th.Bend, Indiana That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: The constr- uction of cement sidewalks on we-st Washington street from the Indiana, Illinois and Iowa Re R. to Olive street, excepting where sufficient walks are already in and City extensions. Said improvement shall be known and .designated as"West Washington Sidewalks" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, file.d.-erewith. Notice of this resolution and proposals for the execution of the above work shall be'published on the 10 day of July and on the 17 day of July 1901•, in the South Bend Daily Tribune and in the Soutar Bend Daily.Times• This.Board will give a hearing on this res olution at its office in the City Hall on the'23 day of July 1901, at 7:15 P.M., and will receive -bids -up to 10 A.M. on the 26 day of July 1901. Works of the City -of South Bemd, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: The Cosstr uction of cement curbs on Laurel street from Colfax Avenue to.Division street, except where sufficient curbs are already in. Said improvement shall be known and designated as"Laurel Street Curb"and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution and proposals for bids for the execution of the. above work shall be published on the-10 day of July and on the 17 day of July 1901, in the South Bend Daily Tribune and in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board -will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 23 day of July 1901, at 7:15 P.M., and will receive bids up to 10 A.M. on the 26 day of July 1901. Resolved by the Board of Bublic Works of the City of South Bend,Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: The constr_ uction of cement sidewalks and cement curbs on Henrietta street and the grading of said street from Eemble to Prairie Avenues. Said improvement shall be known and designated as" Henrietta Street" and shall be consructed according to the plans and specifications prep- ared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution and proposals for bids for the execution of the above work shall be published on the 10 day of July and on the 17 day of July 1901, in the South Bend Daily Tribune and in the South 'Bend Daily Times. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend,Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: The constrWas uction of a 10 inch and 12 inch pipe sewer from the Division street sewer to a point about 50 feet south of Thomas street, and a 10 and 12 inch pipe sewer from the Thomas street 'sew er to a point about 100 feet south of Washington street, such sewer to be in Laurel street between Washington and Division streets. Said improvement shall be known and designated as ".Laurel Street Sewer"and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications pr prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution, and proposa als for bids for the execution of the above work shall be published on the 10 day of July and on the 17 day of July 1901, in the South Bend Daily Tribune and in the South Bend Daily.
