MVU 8. 1901. Assessment rolls and final estimates filed for the Elder street and Crescent Ave— nue cement improvements, under Improvement Resolutions No. 10 and 22 respectiuely. Resolved that notices as to the amount of assessments be published in the South Bend Daily Tribune and in the South Bend Daily Times for six successive days beginning on the 9th day of Ju?ly 1901, stating that this board will give a hearing as to the amount of these as-sessments on the ,23rd day of July 1901 at 7:15 P.M. Resolved further that the entire work under the contracts for the above improvements be accepted. and approved and ,the final estimates therefor allowed. Notice of this resolution shall be published in the South Bend Daily Tribune and in -the -South Bend Daily Times on the 9th day of July 1901, stating that this board will give a hearing upon the allowance of such estimate on the 23rd day of July at 7:15 P.M. Engineer reported grades for the following streets: Angella Street, entire length. Olive street, from Division street to a point 1550 feet north of the center of Section 10 Tp. 37 R. 2 East. Leeper Avenue, from Angella street to a point 1030 feet north of the intersection of Niles and--Leeper Avenues. The above grades were approved, adopted and filed. President.
