July 11. 1901. Plat of Miller's Subdivision of Lot 60 Third.'Plat of Shette:rly Place. -approved and filed. Assessment roll and final estimate filed for the Catalpa Avenue cement improve— ment under prior proceedings of the Council. Resolved that notices as to amount, of assess- ments be published in the South Bend Daily Tribune and in the South Bend Daily Times for six successive days beginning on the 15 day of July, 190, at 7:15 P.M. Resolved that .the entire work under the contract for the above improvement be accepted and approved and the final estimate therefor allowed. Notice of this resolution shall be published in the'South Bend Daily Tribune and in the South Bend Dailt Times on the 15 day of July 1901, statimg that this Board will give a hearing on this resolution on July 23 at 7:15 P.M. North St. Peter grading improvement will be omitted this year and taken up in 1902. Contract for the grading of Niles Avenue under Improvement Resolution No.32 awarded to Siders Brothers at .18 cts per cubic yard. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION N0.38. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That . an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: The con- struction of a pipe sewer on east Colfax Avenue from Emerick street to St. Peter street:... Said improvement shall be known and designated as"East Colfax Avenue Sewer; and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution and proposals for the execution of the above work shall be published on the 15 day of July and on the 22 day of July ,1901., in the South Bend Daily Tribune and in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 30 day of July, 1901, at 7:15,P.M and will receive bids up to 10 A.M. on the 1st day of August 1901. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 39. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend,Indiana: That an, improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: The con- struction of a pipe sewer on east Washington street from Emerick street to a point 50 feet west of the west line of Eddy street. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "East Washington street Sewer" and shall be constructed according to the plans and speci- fications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution and proposals for the execution of the above work shall be published on the 15 day of July 1901, in the South Bend Daily Tribune and in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at iys office in the City Hall on the 30 day of July 1901, at 7:15 P.M., and will receive bids up to 10 A.M. on the 1st day of August 19011 President.
