July 11. 1901. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO.40 Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend,Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: The construction of cement curb and cobblestone gutters on Hill street from Cedar street to South Bend Avenue. Said improvement shall be known and designated as " Hill Street Curb and Gutters" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution and proposals for bids for the execution of the above work shall be published on the 15 day of July and on the 22 day of July, 1901, in the South Bend Daily.Tribune and in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at iys office in the City Hall on the 30 day of July,1901., at 7:15 P. M. and will receive bids up to to A. N. on t the 1st day of August 1901. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend,Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: The :} consruction of cement 'curbing on Wenger street from Carroll street to High street. Said improvement shall be known and designated as " Wenger Street Curb" and shall be constru— cted according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution and proposals for bids for the execution of the above work shall be published on the 15 day of July and on the-22 day of July 190a, in the South Bend Daily Tribune and -in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 30 day of July, 1901, at 7 :15 P.M., and will receive bids up to 10 A. M. on the lst day of August, 1901. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend,Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: The construction of cement warbs on Ford street from Arnold street to the Indiana, Illinois, and Iowa R. R. Said improvement shall be known and designated as" Ford Street Curb" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution and proposals for bids for the execut— ion of the above work shall be published on the 15th day of July and on the 22 day of July 19012 in the South Bend Daily Tribune and in the South BEnd Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 30 day of July 1901,.at 7:15 P.N. and will geceive bids up to 10 A. M. on the 1st day of August 1901.
