Resolved that noti- ces as to the amount of assessments be published in the South Bend Daily Tribune and in the South Bend Daily Times for six successive days beginning on the 11 day of June 1901,stating that this board will give a hearing on this: resolution on the 25 day of June at 7:15 P.M. Re.s6.leed also that the entire work under the contract for the above sewer be accepted and approved and the final estimate therefor allowed. Notice of this resolution shall be pub - lisped in the South Bend Daily Tribune and in the South Bend Daily Times on the 11 day of June 1901, stating that this board will give a hearing on this resolution on the 25 day of -June 1901 at 7:15 P.M. Improvement Resolution No 25. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made in said City of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Grading of the roadway and the construction of cement sidewalks and cement curbing on both sides of Bartlett street from north Main to north Michigan. streets. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "Bartlett Street" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this res- olution and proposals for bids for the execution of the above work shall be published on the 11 day of June and on the 18 day of June 1901, in the South Bend Daily Tribune and in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 25 day of June 1901, at 7:15 P.M., and will receive bids up to 10 A.M. on the 29 day of June 1901. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "Dore Avenue Sewer" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith.
