The engineer <br />filed the estimated cost,$ 161o.61 The board find that the benefits, including the benefit <br />to the city, are equal to the estimated cost of the improvement. Improvement Resolution - <br />No. 23 is therefore confirmed. <br />First hearing on Improvement Resolution No. 24, for grading and curbing and eon- <br />straction of cement Sidewalks on "D" street in Cushing's Addition. No remonstrators appear <br />-ed.
