nl, <br />UNE 11 7 :15 P.M. 1901. <br />First hearing on Improvement Resolution No.22, adopted May 14, 1901. The Engineer <br />filed the estimated cost 527.70. Remonstrance filed against this improvement. The board <br />however find that the benefits, including the benefits to the City, are equal to the est- <br />imated cost of the improvement. The above improvement resolution is hereby confirmed. <br />First .hearing on Improvement Resolution No 20, adopted on May 27, 190l. No rem <br />onstrators appeared. The engineer filed the estimated cost of the sewer as provided in <br />said resolution, 374.00 The board find that said resolution be modified by omitting 's <br />the paving of Eddy street from east Washington street to.east Colfax Avenue. The board <br />further find that the benefits, including . the benefits to the city, are equal to the est- <br />imated cost. of said sewer. Improvement Resolution with the above modification is hereby <br />cen limed. <br />First hearing on Improvement Resolution No. 17, adopted May27,1901. The eng- <br />ineer filed the estimated cost 1801.20 No remonstrators appeared. The board find that <br />the benefits, including the benefits to the city, are equal to the estimated cost of the <br />improvement. Improvement Resolution No 17, confirmed. <br />First hearing on Improvement Resolution No. 21, adopted May 27,1901. No rem- <br />onstrators appeared. The engineer filed the est-imated,cost, $ 276.50The board find that <br />the benefits, including the benefits to the city:, are equal to the estimated cost of the <br />improvement. Improvement Resolution No. 21, confirmed. <br />Last hearing on the final estimate for the water connections on north Taylor <br />street from rater street to Michigan Avenue .No remonstrators appeared. The final estimate <br />allowed on May 27 is hereby confirmed. <br />First hearing on Condemnation Resolution No. 1, passed on April 13, 1901. By <br />mutual agreement of Elisha Peck, Hannah. Peck and the City, this hearing is again postponed <br />until Tuesday evening, June 25, 19 J1, at 7:15 P.Y. <br />
