First hearing on Vacation Resolution No. 21 passed on April TL, I90I for <br />the vacation of the alley in Wells), Addition , which lies on the east side of Lot 22. <br />.,.No remonstrators against the proposed vacation appeared • The board hereby declare the <br />:following property vacated: The alley lying on the east of Lot 22 in Fells' Addition, <br />,extending from Midway <br />street to the <br />alley <br />which runs east and west on the north side of <br />said Lot 22 and Lot I2 <br />in the same <br />addition. <br />The list of property owners affected by the vacation of the alley in <br />Tells' Addition under Vacation Resolution Number 2, being already in the -possession <br />of this board, this board declares that the property of Drank C. Deming and Eleanor <br />Deming, naively: Lots 12 to "92 inclusive in dells' Addition to South Bend <br />twill be <br />beneficially affected by such vacation. This board: accordingly fixes the assessment <br />of Frank-C. Deming and. Eleanor Deming at 50.00 No property will be injuriously <br />affected by such vacation. ` <br />Now come Frank C.
