0 Vacation Resolution NO.z. Now comes Ludius Hubbard and waives, notice of hearing and hearing as to the amount of his assessment on the vacation of Saint Joseph street, and pays into the city treasury the sum of fifty dollars 50.00 Street commissioner instructed to cobble stone the gutters on Crescent Avenue 18 iuclies at eaun side of the gutter;cost not to exceed 45•00 and to be charged to the property owners. Contract for the Marrietta street improvement warded to C.H. Defrees. For the A street improvement warded to Hugh Anderson. Resoled by the Board of Public Works that the entire work under the contract for the construction of sidewalks on Kemble Avenue be accepted and approved and the final estimate allowed -Notice of this resolution shall be published in the South Bend Daily Tribune and Times on the 26th.day of April I90I,stating that on the 7th.day of May I90I at 7:I5 P•M.this board will at its office in the Cith Hall hear objections from any person feeling himself aggrieved or injured by the acceptance of this work or by this estimate. Resolved that the entire work under the contract for the grading of Miner street and the construction of cement sidewalks and cement curbs_ on said street be accepted and approved and the final estimate allowed.Notice 'pf this resolution shall be published in the South Bend Daily Tribune and Times on the 27th.-"_ay of April I90I.stating that on May 7th.
