0 <br />Engineer instructed to give property owners grade for curb and sidewalks on <br />Frances st re-e t . <br />Petition of Gust•Hilding and others for grading Howard Avenue and constructing <br />cement curbs on moth sides -of said avenue from Laporte Avenue to Michigan Avenue referred <br />to the engineer for specifications. <br />Contract with James Nelson for inlets on Emrick and Sorin and Eddy streets <br />signed., <br />Bonds of William Dobson, John Penrod and Charles Bentley approved. <br />Plat of the Mease Addition to the city of South Send approved. <br />Treasurer instructed to mark the assessment against Wilsen Brothers for the <br />Arnold street sewer continuation on Sample street paid. <br />Engineer instructed to make survey and to prepare drawings preliminary to <br />condemnation for the opening of a street one hundred feet wide as follows ; Beginning at <br />the southern extremity of Howard Park,thence in a general south easterly direction along <br />the south side of the following additions:Coquillards Second Addition,Becks First and <br />Second Addition,Parrys Second Addition and Beyers Addition,to the east limits of the <br />City of South Bend; such street to follow the east bank of the Saint.Joseph River as <br />closely as practicable. <br />President. <br />
