31, MARCH -21ST. 1901. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 3. RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,INDIANA: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: The construction of.a 12 inch pipe sewer on North Cushing Street from the north line of nest Oak Street to the brick sewer on Michigan Avenue.' Said improvement stall be known and designated as "Cushing Street Sewer," and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution and proposals for bids for the execution of the above work shall be published on the 21st day of March, and on the 28th day of -March, 1901, in the South Bend Daily Tribune and in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 9th day of April, 1901,• at 7:15 p.m., and will receive bids up to 7:00 p.m., on the 16 th day of April, 1901.
