'Ns written program must be fled with the Illinois agency and. <br />made publicly available. <br />Any Employee who violates the drag policy, tests positive for <br />drugs, or refuses to submit to a dreg test may not work on a <br />public works protect until the Employee satisfies the following <br />conditions: (I) the Employee has tested negative for presence of <br />drugs and is not under the influence of alcohol; (2) the Employee <br />has been approved to return to work in accordance with the <br />Employer's written substance abuse prevention program; and. (3) <br />the testing for drugs and alcohol was conducted in accordance <br />with laboratory testing and chain Of Custody procedures as <br />required by the US.
