DUBAIL AVENUE <br /> Dear Members of the Council: <br /> In accordance with Municipal Code Section 18-53.8, a favorable <br /> recommendation is being submitted to the Common Council concerning the <br /> Vacation Petition as signed by eight (8) owners of property located on <br /> South Olive and West Calvert Street, with Ms. Lori Kay Gesto, Belle Way <br /> Trucking, Inc. , 1705 South Olive Street, South Bend, Indiana, as Contact <br /> Person to vacate the following property: <br /> Wabash Street from the north right-of-way line of <br /> West Calvert Street to the south right-of-way line <br /> of West Dubail Avenue, for a distance of approximately <br /> 600 feet and a width of approximately 30 feet. Part <br /> situated in Olive Place Addition to the City of South <br /> Bend, Indiana. <br /> For your information, the Board of Public Works received favorable <br /> recommendations from the Police Department, Fire Department, Division of <br /> Engineering, Area Plan Commission and Division of Sanitation concerning <br /> this vacation.
