The Resolution has previously been submitted. As is customary for <br /> annexations, the fiscal plan had to be reviewed and approved by the Board of Public <br /> Works, the Board of Safety, and the Board of Water Commissioners prior to being <br /> placed on the Council Agenda. Those reviews have been completed as of June 21st. <br /> I would respectfully request that the Council suspend its rules at its June 27th <br /> meeting, so that this resolution may be considered prior to the Council's <br /> consideration of the Haley annexation ordinance. I would also respectfully request <br /> the Council's favorable consideration of this resolution. <br /> Thank you for your consideration.
